Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Adviser in Fund Regulatory Reporting Our Fund Regulatory Reporting team provides global asset managers and asset servicers across Europe with business and technology-enabled solutions that help them meet their regulatory obligations. Our services cover, among others, AIFMD and MMFR reporting, UCITS, PRIIPs and MiFID reporting, SFDR reporting, and other fund-related regulatory requirements. We have developed proprietary technology platforms that streamline reporting processes and allow our clients to focus on their core business. As a Junior Adviser, you will contribute to the production of regulatory reports, client onboarding activities and the continuous improvement of our technology-enabled services. You will develop a strong understanding of fund data, regulatory requirements and end-to-end reporting processes while working closely with experienced colleagues. If you enjoy working with international clients, analyzing complex fund data, keeping pace with regulatory changes and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams such as Regulatory, Risk Management and Technology, this could be the right opportunity for you. What You Will Be Working On
• Contribute to end-to-end regulatory reporting production, from data collection and quality checks to analysis, report generation and submission preparation.
• Support the onboarding of new clients by helping to document requirements, map data, perform testing and monitor implementation activities.
• Work closely with asset managers, asset servicers and investment fund professionals, and contribute to trust-based client relationships.
• Analyze fund accounting, portfolio and reference data; investigate exceptions and support the resolution of data-quality issues.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Risk Management and Technology specialists to ensure that processes and deliverables remain aligned with applicable requirements and client needs.
• Conduct regulatory research and contribute to the monitoring of developments affecting fund regulatory reporting.
• Translate business and client needs into clear functional requirements for the Technology team, with guidance from senior colleagues.
• Participate in user-acceptance testing and in the design of enhancements to our proprietary reporting platforms.
• Prepare clear status updates, working papers and process documentation, and escalate issues in a timely manner.
• Contribute to team knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement initiatives. What We Look For
• You hold, or are about to complete, a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field.
• You have a strong interest in investment funds, financial regulation, data and technology-enabled services; initial internship or professional experience is an advantage.
• You have a strong appetite for AI and are comfortable using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and are interested in developing advanced data-analysis skills.
• You combine logical and analytical thinking with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• You are proactive, curious and solution-oriented, and you are comfortable asking questions and learning from feedback.
• You communicate clearly, work well in a team and can manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• You are fluent in English; German, French or another European language is an advantage. What You Will Get
