Role Description The Technicien IT Itinérant – Luxembourgeois is a full-time, on-site role based in Luxembourg, providing field-based IT support to clients. Day-to-day tasks include performing on-site troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues, installing and configuring IT equipment, and ensuring systems are running reliably. The role involves delivering high-quality technical support, documenting interventions, and following established procedures and service-level agreements. The technician will interact directly with customers to understand their needs, provide clear communication, and offer guidance on best practices and preventive measures. This position also includes coordinating with internal teams, supporting continuous improvement of services, and occasionally assisting with user training and onboarding. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
• Candidates should possess technical support and information technology skills, including experience with Windows environments, basic networking, and common business applications.
• Candidates should possess customer service skills, with a focus on clear communication, empathy, and maintaining professional relationships during on-site interventions.
• Candidates should possess training and knowledge-sharing abilities to guide users, explain technical concepts in accessible language, and support adoption of IT solutions.
• Relevant qualifications such as a vocational or higher degree in IT, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluency in Luxembourgish and strong skills in French and/or German; good command of English is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly to client sites within Luxembourg.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and maintain accurate documentation; experience in a PSF or highly regulated environment is a plus. We are looking for a Mobile IT Field Technician to provide hands-on technical support across multiple client sites in Luxembourg. The role combines endpoint management, hardware/software troubleshooting, network diagnostics, user support and on-site IT operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide L1/L2 technical support to end users across multiple locations.
• Perform on-site troubleshooting and resolution of hardware, software, OS and connectivity incidents.
• Deploy, configure and maintain Windows 10/11 workstations, laptops, peripherals and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and other enterprise applications.
• Perform workstation imaging, software installation, configuration and endpoint provisioning.
• Diagnose network-related issues including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN and LAN connectivity.
• Troubleshoot printers, docking stations, monitors, scanners and other IT peripherals.
• Manage incidents, service requests and technical interventions through an ITSM platform.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, intervention reports and asset information.
• Support Active Directory / Azure AD (Entra ID) related user and workstation activities.
• Assist with endpoint security, patching, antivirus/EDR and standard workstation compliance.
• Escalate complex incidents to N2/N3 infrastructure, network, security or application teams.
• Work closely with internal IT teams, service desk teams and external technology providers.
• Travel regularly between client locations throughout Luxembourg. Technical Profile
• Previous experience in IT Field Support, Desktop Support, EUC or Service Desk L1/L2.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Active Directory / Entra ID, user accounts, permissions and workstation management.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN and basic LAN troubleshooting.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, BMC or equivalent.
• Knowledge of endpoint management solutions such as Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM or Autopilot is an advantage.
• Familiarity with endpoint security technologies such as Microsoft Defender / EDR is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a multi-site enterprise environment.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Fluent Luxembourgish is mandatory.
• German and/or French and English are highly appreciated.
• Valid Category B driving licence required.
