Talent Acquisition & Administration Intern
Location:
Luxembourg Schedule: 12-month, full-time internship (flexible) Work Arrangement: On-site
Salary:
€1,800 per month Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition & Administration Intern to support both our People & Culture administration and recruitment activities. You will work closely with People & Culture and Talent Acquisition professionals across the EMEA and US regions, gaining exposure to international recruitment practices and People & Culture processes while developing your skills in a dynamic, global environment. Some of the things you will be doing
• Provide general administrative support to the People & Culture and Talent Acquisition teams.
• Collaborate with the EMEA and US Talent Acquisition teams and support the end-to-end recruitment process, from vacancy approval to candidate onboarding.

• Review and screen applications to help identify suitable candidates and support the initial selection process.
• Help build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure data integrity.
• Contribute to an exceptional candidate and employee experience through timely communication and professional engagement.
• Support a variety of projects, contributing to initiatives that improve processes and the employee and candidate experience. What Makes This Internship Exciting?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
• Strong interest in People & Culture and Talent Acquisition.
• Interest in working in an international environment and collaborating with colleagues across different regions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Any other language is considered an asset.
• Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
• A proactive, positive, and team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
