• Work closely with Product teams to capture, analyse and formalise client needs.
• Translate business requirements into clear business requirements and functional specifications for Product and IT teams.
• Act as a bridge between clients, Product teams and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Marketing and other relevant stakeholders, to understand requirements and define appropriate solutions.
• Contribute to the definition, prioritisation and delivery of product enhancements based on client and business needs.
• Support the implementation of new features and improvements, from requirements gathering through to testing and delivery.
• Ensure that business requirements are clearly understood and effectively translated into actionable solutions. Requirements
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the financial services or asset management industry.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business analysis and functional specifications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with different teams and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to act as a link between business, Product and technical teams.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Private Markets and/or ETFs, including their products, processes and specific business requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and client-oriented approach.
• Fluent in English; French is considered an advantage.
