About The Role
As Data Management Lead for PWM&FO based in Luxembourg, you will establish Data Governance and implement Data Management practices across Luxembourg, Norway, and Finland, aligned with SEB’s policy. You will assign data owners, educate the organization and ensure sound data management across all customer segments, products, and distribution channels, adhering to SEB’s framework. You will represent PWM&FO in data area councils and other relevant data related fora. You will also lead the BCBS239 regulation project in Luxembourg and secure compliance and define a Data Product roadmap for the sites in scope. To thrive in this role, we believe you have: Proven experience in establishing Data Governance and implementing Data Management practices in a financial setting. Solid expertise in regulatory compliance, specifically with BCBS239, and leading related projects. Familiarity with concepts such as Data Architecture, Data Mesh and Data products, with the ability to define and execute a Data Product roadmap. In-depth knowledge about data governance and sound data management practices aligned with policy and framework guidelines. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to represent effectively in relevant fora and collaborate across divisions, segments and product areas.
