Our success is built on the talent, collaboration, and commitment of our people and we’re now looking for a Project Manager Consultant – RE Facility Management to join our journey.
• Define our client’s needs precisely, in collaboration with the relevant internal teams, and draft notes to Management justifying the financial commitment for works.
• Draft specifications, selection and award criteria, and evaluation grids, and prepare tender files with internal departments (procurement, legal, finance, etc.).
• Analyse offers rigorously and objectively, participate in evaluation committees, and draft reasoned summary notes ahead of each award.
• Prepare and attend kick-off meetings for projects and new service contracts.
• Coordinate all stakeholders across the project lifecycle: internal teams, external contractors, and engineering consultancies.
• Ensure operational follow-up of on-site works, with constant attention to compliance with safety standards, and ensure all snagging items are cleared.
• Manage the overall project budget, including purchase orders, partial and final acceptances, and verification and approval of invoices against works progress.
• Prepare annual financial envelopes and multi-year budgets and schedules for projects.
• Monitor the execution and performance of existing contracts with internal and external stakeholders.

• Proven experience in managing real estate projects and supervising construction sites, mandatory.
• General knowledge of building services: heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, sanitary, etc.
• Knowledge of public procurement management.
• Strong command of drafting specifications and analysing tenders.
• Excellent written French, mandatory.
• Impeccable administrative and methodological rigour, with strong analytical skills and objective decision-making.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to bring together a wide range of profiles, from field staff to senior managers.
• Autonomous, versatile, pragmatic, and solution-oriented, able to switch quickly between urgent operational issues and long-term strategic projects.
