Automotive Data & Asset Risk OfficerFull-time | Permanent | Leudelange, Luxembourg | Risk & Compliance YOUR MISSION Ensure that complete, accurate and up-to-date automotive data is available in the operating system, enabling reliable quotations and sound asset-risk decisions. You act as the key link between Risk & Compliance, Commercial teams, Operations and automotive partners, while actively supporting residual value (RV) and repair and maintenance (RM) risk management. Your

key responsibilities
Automotive data management and quality
· Monitor daily vehicle-data updates from external providers and verify completeness, accuracy, consistency and timely integration.
· Create, process and maintain vehicle data sheets in the operating system, including models, options, packages, accessories, taxation information and applicable RV/RM parameters.
· Perform targeted quality controls, investigate discrepancies, coordinate corrections and maintain appropriate control evidence.
· Obtain current product information from importers, dealers and data providers, and contribute to improving data processes, controls and tools. Residual values and RM provisions
· Contribute to setting, implementing and periodically reviewing RV and RM provisions for new and existing vehicles in collaboration with Asset Risk and Operations stakeholders.
· Analyse portfolio data, automotive-market developments and cost trends; monitor key indicators, identify anomalies or emerging risks, and support corrective actions.
· Prepare analyses, dashboards and supporting materials, and contribute to relevant RV and RM governance meetings. Commercial support, communication and training
· Inform Commercial teams promptly about new models, product changes, risk parameters and other relevant automotive updates.
· Advise users on vehicle data so they can prepare accurate quotations and tenders, and respond to operational questions within agreed service levels.
· Train and guide users on the correct use of the automotive database and promote consistent data-entry and quotation practices. Projects and continuous improvement
· Lead or contribute to initiatives improving data quality, reporting, system usability and asset-risk processes, translating business and risk requirements into practical solutions.

Your profile
Automotive expertise: Strong knowledge of passenger cars and light commercial vehicles, including brands, models, options, electrification and new technologies.

Experience:
Relevant experience in automotive, leasing, fleet management or vehicle-data activities. Multi-brand exposure is a strong advantage.

Education:
Bachelor degree or equivalent professional experience. Core strengths: Analytical mindset, accuracy, sound judgement, strong organization and the ability to manage priorities and deadlines. Communication: Service-oriented team player able to explain technical information clearly, build relationships and train users. Languages and tools: Very good French and English; strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, and confidence with operational and data systems. Why join us?
