We Are Currently Looking For a Portfolio Accounting (PA) Officer (M/F) Permanent Contract CONTEXT AND CHALLENGES BNP Paribas CIB, a subsidiary of the BNP Paribas group, is one of Europe's leading providers of custody services for securities. The Luxembourg branch plays a major part in its operations, offering clients high value-added services extending from custody to securities lending, fund administration, performance measurement and ratings, and bond issuance services. To support its current growth, BNP Paribas CIB is looking for a: Portfolio Accounting (PA) Officer (M/F) CDI WHAT’S YOUR DAY-TO-DAY MISSION? The PA Officer will be mainly involved in portfolio recordkeeping of complex private debt funds. His main missions are :
• The Record Keeping of each portfolio transaction into the eFront software, mainly for private debt instruments, equity and intercompany loan assets.
• The Ownership Verification of Intercompany Loans.
• Perform all internal controls to ensure completeness, accuracy, reconciliation and proper allocation related to portfolio transactions.
• Oversight of delegated activities in the context of the applicable operational model
• Involvement in continuous improvements of current operational processes, in order to reach high automation and overall efficiency of day to day activity. Professional Experience And/or Degree Master’s Degree (>=5 years)At least 2 years as a Fund Controller, Portfolio Administrator in a Management Company or as Auditor.
