Our success is built on the talent, collaboration, and commitment of our people and we’re now looking for a Depositary Project Manager Consultant to join our journey. Map current depositary control processes end to end, diagnosing inefficiencies by measuring cycle times and identifying redundant, non-value-added tasks across teams. Redesign and simplify targeted processes, eliminating redundancies and aligning activities with best-in-class industry standards (Lean, Six Sigma, Straight-Through-Processing). Develop a technology-led transformation roadmap identifying automation candidates (RPA, workflow engines) and support the implementation phase of the chosen solutions. Quantify expected benefits across cost reduction, processing time, error reduction, and compliance uplift, producing clear business cases for senior management. Define and implement a change management strategy to upskill staff, embed new ways of working, and ensure sustainable adoption of digital tools across the department. Produce process diagrams, value-stream maps, and KPI dashboards to communicate current state, waste identification, and redesigned workflows to both operational teams and senior stakeholders. Drive cross-functional cooperation, engaging teams across Business, IT, Management, and Operations in the common interest of the department. How do we imagine our future Depositary Project Manager Consultant ? Proven track record of leading cross-functional process improvement and change programmes in regulated financial environments. Strong expertise in process improvement methodologies: Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent, with hands-on ability to produce value-stream maps and KPI dashboards. Hands-on experience with RPA platforms, automation and orchestration tools, and AI solution implementation in an operational context. Solid knowledge of Depositary Bank activities for UCITS and AIF structures is a strong advantage. Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to engage effectively from senior business leaders and IT architects through to line managers and operational staff. Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language for diverse audiences. Highly motivated, autonomous, and ownership-driven, with the ability to take issues from diagnosis through to resolution. Fluent in English, mandatory; French is an advantage.
