Context
The application scope is experiencing recurring incidents that come up frequently, with no clear owner in place to take charge of them. Today, these incidents are fixed on the spot but no lasting action is taken to address their root cause — whether they relate to Help Desk support, infrastructure, or PMO.
Your responsibilities
Take ownership of recurring incidents across all domains (Help Desk support, infrastructure, PMO...).
Manage incidents end-to-end: identification, qualification, prioritisation, and follow-through to resolution.
Resolve low-level incidents directly and coordinate the resolution of more complex ones.
Implement lasting corrective actions to address root causes and prevent recurrence.
Oversee incident handling with a supervisory, coordination-driven approach rather than pure technical execution.
Become a key point of reference for support and infrastructure teams, within a broad ecosystem of stakeholders.
Contribute to structuring and formalising the incident management process.
Your profile
Solid understanding of how an IT environment operates, backed by a strong technical background. Proven experience in incident resolution, both at a low and high level. Supervision and coordination-oriented profile, close to the field and support teams. Strong sense of ownership and excellent organisational skills. Proactive, autonomous, with strong interpersonal skills to navigate a large stakeholder ecosystem.
What we offer
A permanent contract (CDI) with compensation tailored to
your profile
, ranging from €6,000 to €7,000 gross per month. Personalised follow-up: we meet at least once a quarter to discuss your goals and your career development.
