Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and development teams in an agile setting to deliver user-centric design solutions. Lead the end-to-end design process ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals. Develop and maintain the design system by creating new components and refining existing ones for consistent brand identity across digital platforms. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and continuously improve design quality. Design adaptable and responsive interfaces across multiple devices and screen sizes. Ensure coherence and consistency of user experience throughout software products. Facilitate collaborative workshops to drive design thinking and innovation. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align design strategies and implementation. Profile: Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, Media Informatics, or related disciplines. 3 to 4 years of proven experience in UX design, supported by a portfolio demonstrating impactful user-centered projects. Skilled in conducting both qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies. Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end UX design process: from user research and concept ideation to prototyping, validation, and implementation. Experience designing web applications/software is highly advantageous. Solid expertise in interaction design, visual design, and prototyping (both low and high fidelity). Proficient with design software such as Figma. Comfortable facilitating collaborative workshops. Knowledge of design thinking principles is a plus. Strong communication and presentation skills, adept at managing stakeholders with a structured, self-driven approach. Fluent in English (written and spoken); French language skills are a significant asset.
