We’re looking for an Interior Architect or Interior Designer with at least 2 years’ experience in office buildings, ideally around 5, to join our Luxembourg team.
Your role
You’ll bring your own ideas to the table and develop them with an experienced team. From space planning and material choices to client presentations and site visits, you’ll contribute throughout the design process, with coaching, training and constructive feedback along the way.
Working alongside our design, build and leasing colleagues, you’ll learn how market evidence shapes the brief, how to turn a concept into a buildable solution, and how your design contributes to getting a property fully let.
You’ll:
• Develop space plans, interior concepts and mood boards.
• Select materials, finishes, lighting and furniture.
• Produce drawings, 3D visualisations and client presentations.
• Contribute to client discussions and explain your design choices.
• Work with our project managers, suppliers and contractors to resolve practical details.
• Participate in site visits and follow your designs through to completion.
• Balance creativity with budgets, timelines and technical requirements.
• Laugh a lot.
Your profile
• A qualification in Interior Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
• At least 2 years’ relevant experience, ideally around 5, preferably including workplace or commercial interiors.
• A portfolio showing strong design judgement, space planning and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CAD and 3D visualisation software...and ai.
• Curiosity about how spaces are built, used and chosen by occupiers.
• A collaborative approach, initiative and a willingness to learn.
