KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Java. •Build and optimize data pipelines for collecting, merging, ingesting, processing, and exporting large volumes of data. •Work extensively with Apache Kafka to support reliable, scalable, event-driven data processing. •Handle both structured and unstructured data from multiple sources. •Ensure high standards of data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems. •Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in data processing workflows. •Improve system scalability, reliability, and efficiency. •Collaborate with engineering teams to design robust backend architecture and data integration solutions. •Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to data flows and distributed systems. How do we imagine our Senior Java Backend (Kafka and Goland)? •Proven experience as a Senior Java Backend Developer. •Strong hands-on experience with Apache Kafka in production environments. •Solid experience working with large-volume data processing systems. •Hands-on experience with data ingestion, integration, transformation, and export. •Experience handling both structured and unstructured data. •Strong understanding of performance optimization, scalability, and distributed systems. •Strong focus on data quality, consistency, and reliability. •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. •Fluent English for effective communication within an international team. •Experience with GoLand (JetBrains IDE) •Fluent in English (Mandatory).
