Job Description
We are looking for a Intern Project Manager for our team in Luxembourg. About Tetris Tétris, a subsidiary of JLL Group, specializes in the design and development of professional work spaces. We assist our clients as a consultant and general contractor and offer a full turnkey service to companies wanting to fit out their offices, as well as investors who want to renovate or refurbish their properties (shops, offices, hotels, bank agencies). • You’ll meet our clients to get briefings on their office fitting-out or renovation needs.
• You’ll be responsible for the follow-up of fitting-out and refurbishment projects acting on behalf of our clients.
• Your role will include: briefing client, preparing the budget based on plans, organizing the tender procedure, comparing the offers and issuing the orders.
• Once the works starts, you’ll be the one who supervises them on site, controls both budget and timing and reports to the client.
• You’ll also be responsible to follow up with the legal control organisms whenever necessary.
• You’ll finally manage the provisional acceptance of the works. Sound like you? To apply you need to be / have:
• You are preparing an engineering or architecture degree
• You’ll have fluent knowledge of English and French.
• You have excellent organizational skills and are detail-oriented
• You are able to interact with executive level, external and internal clients as well as external team members (architects, contractors, client’s representatives, etc.).
• You are a team player
