• Strong experience in business analysis.
• Ability to gather, analyse, structure and document business requirements.
• Experience preparing detailed requirements, business cases, project charters and test case documents.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications and testable requirements.
• Experience working with business users and IT teams in structured project environments.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex business processes.
• Experience supporting maintenance and enhancement activities for enterprise applications.
• Experience preparing and executing test cases.
• Experience coordinating testing activities, including regression and non-regression tests.
• Ability to document defects, testing outcomes and validation results.
• Knowledge of defect tracking and ticketing tools.
• Experience supporting functional testing and user acceptance testing.
• Ability to ensure traceability between requirements, tests and delivered changes.
• Sound knowledge of Robot Process Automation, preferably UiPath.
• Experience with automated business processes and process automation initiatives.
• Ability to prepare business requirements and test cases for RPA solutions.
• Knowledge or experience with low-code technologies such as OutSystems would be an asset.
• Understanding of automation use cases involving document production, data extraction or workflow optimisation
• Sound knowledge of financial instruments, including loans, equity and guarantees.
• Ability to understand business processes in a financial or institutional environment.
• Understanding of document-based financial processes would be an advantage.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders on requirements related to financial services and client-facing digital platforms.
• Knowledge of business analysis, process and/or data modelling techniques.
• Experience with modelling approaches such as UML, BPMN or similar techniques.
• Ability to document as-is and to-be processes.
• Ability to structure business requirements using recognised modelling practices.
• Understanding of process improvement and workflow optimisation.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio and MS Access.
• Ability to prepare structured documentation, process diagrams, test documentation and analysis outputs.
• Knowledge of collaborative documentation environments.
• Experience using defect tracking or ticketing tools.
• General IT background, preferably acquired through a university or college degree in Information Technology, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum Bac +3 level or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Good command of French would be considered an advantage.
• Strong drafting skills in English; drafting skills in French would be an asset.
