Key Responsibilities
The Delivery Manager has to ensure the timely completion of the following activities :
• Offer preparation : Coordinate and prepare the administrative and financial elements required for the submission of offers under Framework Contracts;
• Contract set-up : Ensure that contractual requirements, deliverables, milestones and deadlines are clearly identified and properly monitored;
• Delivery follow-up : Track the delivery of services and contractual deliverables, coordinating with the client and internal teams to ensure commitments and deadlines are met;
• Acceptance : Prepare and follow up on acceptance documents and other supporting documentation required by the client;
• Contract closure : Ensure that all contractual, administrative and financial obligations are properly completed. Profile
• A previous experience of at least 3 years in the delivery of IT projects is mandatory, having already worked with European Institutions and Framework Contracts is a strong asset;
• University Degree in IT or project management;
• Excellent organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail;
• Strong ability to manage multiple contracts, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously;
• Fluent professional English, written and spoken;
• Fluent French is a strong asset ;
• Strong skills in Excel. What we have to offer :
