NET) to join our journey.
• Lead and motivate developers on a daily basis, managing resources, objectives, and the follow-up of deliverables.
• Organise and facilitate team rituals (daily meetings, retrospectives, code reviews).
• Develop team skills through coaching, training, and sharing of best practices.
• Coordinate development activities with Product Owners and Scrum Masters, ensuring task planning and prioritisation.
• Guarantee deadlines, code quality, and technical standards, track progress, and escalate risks when needed.
• Represent the team in project steering committees.
• Define and enforce development standards and best practices, ensuring automated tests and technical documentation are in place.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the team.
• Participate in analysis and specification workshops, contribute to effort estimation, and propose technical solutions suited to business needs.
• Facilitate communication between business teams, project managers, and developers, while contributing to development work. How do we imagine our future Development Team Lead – Life Insurance (JavaScript / C# / .

• Proven experience in the Luxembourg life insurance sector (regulatory, application, and organisational aspects), mandatory.
• Strong command of project management techniques.
• Strong command of C# and JavaScript/TypeScript, mandatory.
• Strong command of Agile and DevSecOps methodologies.
• Mastery of development best practices (Clean Code, SOLID, DRY, KISS, YAGNI).
• Knowledge of software architecture, Git, continuous integration, and application security principles.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, GitLab, Confluence, etc.).
• Strong leadership and analytical skills, with a pedagogical, organised, and rigorous approach.
• Adaptable and collaborative.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken), mandatory.
