🚀 WE ARE HIRING | HEAD OF CAPITAL FORMATION / INVESTOR RELATIONS DIRECTOR Private Equity | Institutional Fundraising | Luxembourg | European & Global LPs We are building something ambitious: a new-generation European Private Equity fund focused on Space, Aerospace, Defence and Dual-Use Technologies, designed to consolidate fragmented industrial value chains and create European market leaders. Our ambition is to establish a leading pan-European investment platform, with a €150 million target fund size and a €300 million hard cap. 🏦 AN ESTABLISHED INSTITUTIONAL FRAMEWORK The project has signed a Letter of Intent with an established Luxembourg-based Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM), bringing approximately 20 years of investment management heritage and €700 million in assets under management. We are now seeking an outstanding Head of Capital Formation / Investor Relations Director to help drive the fund's institutional fundraising strategy. 🎯 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR An experienced Private Equity fundraising professional with: ✅ 10+ years of relevant experience in institutional fundraising, capital formation or senior investor relations within Private Equity. ✅ A documented and independently verifiable fundraising track record, including successfully secured institutional LP commitments. ✅ Established, actionable relationships with Italian, European and global institutional investors, including pension funds, insurance companies, fund-of-funds, sovereign wealth funds, family offices and other sophisticated LPs. ✅ Demonstrated ability to originate investor relationships, manage complex due diligence processes and convert institutional interest into actual commitments. ✅ Strong understanding of Luxembourg fund structures, institutional investor requirements and the European Private Equity ecosystem. ✅ Excellent communication, negotiation and execution capabilities, with an international mindset. We are not looking for someone who simply knows investors. We are looking for someone who has successfully raised institutional capital — and can prove it. 🌍 THE OPPORTUNITY This is a senior, strategically significant mandate, offering the opportunity to participate in the development of a differentiated European Private Equity platform alongside a team with deep industrial expertise and an established Luxembourg AIFM partner. We particularly value candidates who can activate credible institutional LP relationships across multiple geographies and contribute meaningfully to an efficient first closing. 📩
