• Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline and 2 years' post-related experience. Acceptable alternatives: secondary education and 4 years' post-related experience, or an equivalent education combined with an appropriate amount of relevant, professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multinational team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and willingness to adapt to evolving requirements.
• Proven ability to manage and produce project administrative documentation (management products, minutes, letters, etc.), including clear and accurate administrative writing.
• Demonstrated ability to handle budgets and perform routine financial and budgetary calculations.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to retain and recall relevant project information and apply it appropriately across tasks and follow-on activities.
• Knowledge of SAP, preferably in Logistics and Financial modules.
• Demonstrated experience with project management tools and methodologies, preferably with PRINCE2 projects.
• Work experience in the construction and engineering services domain. WHAT DO

• This position is deployable. The incumbent of this post may be required to deploy or may be assigned to a remote location, to perform duties (inside or outside a theatre/deployment location) in support of Council approved operations/missions or in support of national or multinational operations/missions authorised by the Agency Supervisory Board of NSPO.
