We are looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Business Manager to support the growth of our Luxembourg operations, with a clear career path toward becoming Country Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business development, managing and expanding existing client relationships, and contributing to the company's strategic growth in the Luxembourg.
This role is ideal for a candidate with an initial successful experience in the IT consulting or financial services industry in Luxembourg, who is eager to take on increasing leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the Luxembourg market. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, prospecting and market intelligence. Conduct client meetings, understand business needs, and propose tailored consulting and digital services solutions. Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities. Achieve individual sales and revenue targets. Account Management Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth. Develop long-term partnerships with key decision-makers. Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction. Market Development Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging digital technologies. Identify new business opportunities aligned with digital transformation initiatives. Contribute to the company's commercial strategy and positioning in Luxembourg. Leadership & Future Country Management Support the development and execution of the local business strategy. Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities. Contribute to the recruitment and development of future consultants and sales talent. Progressively assume broader operational and management responsibilities with the objective of becoming Country Manager. Required Qualifications Master's degree (Bachelor +5) from a Business School, Engineering School, or equivalent. An engineering degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is also highly valued. Initial successful experience (2–5 years) in business development or account management within the consulting or digital services industry in Luxembourg. Good knowledge of the Luxembourg IT services market and its key players. Solid understanding of digital transformation trends, cloud services, cybersecurity, data, AI, and enterprise technologies. Strong commercial mindset with proven business development skills. Excellent relationship-building and negotiation abilities. Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities. Entrepreneurial spirit with ambitions to grow into a senior leadership role. Languages Fluent French (mandatory) Fluent English (mandatory) Luxembourgish and/or German would be considered a strong advantage.
