Customer Aftersales Advisor (m/f)Full-time | Permanent (m/f)

Your Role As a Customer Aftersales Advisor, you are at the heart of our driver experience. You act as a trusted contact, ensuring that every interaction is handled with professionalism, efficiency, and care. Your role is key to maintaining high service quality, supporting drivers in their daily mobility needs, and contributing directly to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key responsibilities
• Manage incoming driver requests via phone and email in line with internal processes
• Provide clear guidance and accurate information on services, procedures, and solutions
• Handle and resolve customer queries, ensuring timely and effective follow-up
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver the best solutions
• Proactively reach out to drivers to support them and promote our services
• Accurately record all customer interactions and actions in internal systems
• Contribute to service quality monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process optimizations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers and internal stakeholders
• Actively contribute to a positive team spirit and customer-centric culture
Your Profile
We are looking for a service-driven, resilient, and people-oriented professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
• Strong customer focus with a genuine willingness to help
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable handling a high volume of interactions (phone & email)
• Solution-oriented mindset with good problem-solving abilities
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Positive, proactive, and resilient under pressure
• Team player with a hands-on and flexible attitude
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage Languages:
