Responsibilities:
• Analyse and understand business requirements and translate them into functional designs and solution specifications.
• Act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the implementation process.
• Assess requirements and recommend the most appropriate use of out-of-the-box Microsoft Dynamics functionalities.
• Identify opportunities to leverage standard Dynamics capabilities while minimising unnecessary customisation.
• Configure Microsoft Dynamics according to agreed business and functional requirements.
• Translate functional requirements into clear and actionable configuration specifications.
• Support the definition and preparation of test scenarios and test cases.
• Participate in functional and user acceptance testing.
• Analyse, investigate and document functional issues and bugs identified during testing.
• Support development and technical teams during bug fixing and validation.
• Perform functional validation of implemented changes and ensure that requirements are correctly addressed.
• Contribute to the overall quality and consistency of the Dynamics solution.
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams regarding requirements, configuration and testing activities.
• Provide functional documentation and maintain relevant implementation documentation. Profile:
• 5 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or similar role, ideally within Microsoft Dynamics implementations.
• Proven experience translating business requirements into functional designs and solution configurations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and its standard/out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Hands-on experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics based on business requirements.
• Good understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into practical system solutions.
• Experience supporting testing activities, including test preparation, execution, defect analysis and bug fixing.
• Ability to challenge requirements constructively and propose standard Dynamics solutions where appropriate.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
