You will design, develop, and optimize AI-powered document intelligence solutions that support due diligence and compliance analysis within the financial services sector. Working with large volumes of complex and multilingual documentation, you will build advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, implement entity resolution and document classification capabilities, and develop intelligent workflows that transform unstructured information into actionable insights. You will contribute to cutting-edge AI research while delivering production-ready solutions that enhance document understanding, risk assessment, data extraction, and decision-support processes.
Your profile
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong Python development skills with solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing LLM-based applications, RAG architectures, and document intelligence solutions.
• Experience with Machine Learning and NLP frameworks such as Transformers, scikit-learn, spaCy, NLTK, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of information retrieval concepts including vector search, embeddings, BM25, semantic search, and relevance ranking.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, multi-agent architectures, knowledge graphs, or AI orchestration frameworks is highly valued.
• Familiarity with financial services, AML/KYC processes, due diligence workflows, regulatory documentation, or compliance-related use cases is a strong advantage.
• Experience with vector databases, evaluation frameworks, React/Node.js, cloud-based AI solutions, and multilingual AI systems would be considered a plus.
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative software development practices.
• Fluent English is required; French is highly desirable, and additional European languages are considered an asset.
