Why This Role Matters
In this role, you will help strengthen manufacturing performance by supporting
teams in applying structured optimization and continuous improvement practices.
As a trusted partner to Manufacturing Unit and High Performance Unit teams, you
will help turn operational insights into practical improvements that enhance
efficiency, reduce losses, and create sustainable results.
Your contribution will help embed a consistent improvement culture across the
plant, while developing the capabilities of leaders and associates through
coaching, knowledge sharing, and hands-on collaboration.
What Will You Do?
* Partner with Manufacturing Unit and High Performance Unit teams to support the consistent and sustainable application of plant optimization and Lean methodologies.
* Coach and mentor leaders, associates, and project teams on structured improvement approaches, including Kaizen, DMAIC, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, SMED, Pareto analysis, and Go See.
* Coordinate Focus Improvement activities, supporting project roadmaps, reviews, prioritization, and follow-up to help deliver measurable operational improvements.
* Analyze performance and loss data to identify improvement opportunities, support root-cause analysis, and contribute to projects that enhance productivity and efficiency.
* Facilitate Kaizen events, Hopper sessions, best-practice reviews, and knowledge-sharing activities to strengthen collaboration and accelerate learning across teams.
* Maintain improvement project information and support plant governance activities, ensuring progress, results, and best practices are clearly documented and shared. What We're Looking For
* Experience in manufacturing, production, quality, engineering, or a related operational environment, with experience in plant optimization, Lean, TPM, or continuous improvement.
* Experience coaching, teaching, or facilitating teams, with an interest in developing the capabilities of others.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a structured approach to problem solving, prioritization, and project management.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build positive working relationships across different levels of the organization.
* Experience applying Lean and continuous improvement tools such as 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Pareto, Kaizen Events, SMED, DMAIC, or Go See.
* Experience contributing to loss reduction, productivity, or efficiency improvement projects with measurable outcomes.
* Strong communication and influencing skills, combined with a practical, hands-on approach and a genuine interest in continuous learning and improvement.
