Location:
Luxembourg-Merl | Contract: Permanent | Job Requisition N°20146       Your tasks
* You analyse, optimise and continuously improve end-to-end business processes using Process Management and Process Mining tools
* You identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation solutions, including RPA, to enhance efficiency and performance
* You develop dashboards, reports and KPIs to monitor process performance, data quality and business results
* You manage process improvement initiatives from business case definition through implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives
* You support business stakeholders in modelling, documenting and maintaining business processes and other relevant documentation
* You provide training and coaching on Process Management, Process Mining to ensure successful adoption
* You collaborate with business, IT and project teams to deliver sustainable process improvements
* You define and implement modelling conventions
* You ensure application ownership of following tools : Process management, Process mining  

Your profile
* You hold a Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field
* You have at least 5 years of experience in Process Management, Business Process Improvement, Process Mining or a similar role
* You demonstrate strong analytical skills and enjoy transforming data into actionable business insights
* You are familiar with process modelling, performance management, reporting tools, and ideally process automation (RPA)
* Knowledge/Certifications in Project Management, Design Thinking and LeanSixSigma is considered as an advantage
* You communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders and enjoy working in a collaborative environment
* You are fluent in English and have a good command of French and/or German and/or Luxembourgish
