Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for Microsoft business clients, delivering expert technical guidance. Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT inquiries regarding Microsoft software ecosystems. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring efficient problem resolution in Portuguese. Document technical interactions and solutions within our global IT infrastructure database. Collaborate with international teams to enhance technical workflows and service delivery. Stay updated on the latest Microsoft technologies and IT industry trends. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the client support experience. Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written). Strong command of English for professional IT communication. Valid EU passport (mandatory). Proven passion for technology and a desire to build a career in the IT industry. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset. Previous experience in technical support or customer relations is an advantage.
