• Asset Management / Fund Operations About our client Sector : Service provider in tax, audit and advisory Values : Innovation | Excellence | Solution driven Employees : Worldwide 50,000 + Your missions As a Senior Back Office Migration & Transformation Specialist, you will play a key role in the successful migration and transformation of Back Office activities. You will:
• Contribute to the design and implementation of the target operating model for Back Office activities.
• Analyse existing processes, operating models and workflows and identify opportunities for standardisation and optimisation.
• Lead and coordinate the migration of Back Office activities towards the target environment.
• Define and coordinate migration activities, including data, processes, controls and operational readiness.
• Work closely with Fund Operations, Fund Accounting, Middle Office, IT and other internal stakeholders throughout the migration.
• Coordinate testing, validation and reconciliation activities to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the migration.
• Identify, investigate and resolve operational issues and discrepancies during migration and parallel-run phases.
• Support the transition from the legacy environment to the new operating model and ensure a smooth stabilisation phase.
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies and key deliverables and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Contribute to process documentation, procedures and knowledge transfer.
• Act as a senior point of reference for operational teams and support less experienced colleagues when required.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, efficiency and automation following the migration. Your ideal profile
• You have 10+ years of experience in Asset Management, Asset Servicing, Fund Administration, Fund Operations, Back Office or the investment fund industry.
• You have a strong understanding of the Luxembourg fund industry and the key processes involved in fund operations.
• You have solid knowledge of Back Office activities, ideally within an Asset Management or Fund Services environment.
• You have proven experience in migration, transformation or operating model projects.
• You have experience designing or implementing a Target Operating Model (TOM).
• You are comfortable working across Front, Middle and Back Office functions and understand their interactions.
• Experience with fund migrations, fund mergers, platform migrations or major operational transformations is a strong asset.
• You have a good understanding of operational controls, reconciliations, data quality and testing.
• You are able to work with both business and IT stakeholders and translate operational requirements into concrete actions.
• You are structured, analytical and comfortable managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• You are fluent in English and French.
