Where is the work:
Prioritize engaging with customers. When not directly interacting with
customers; collaborate with colleagues in your office.
Trane Luxembourg is looking for a sales professional to drive B2B HVAC equipment
sales in the Luxembourg market. In this role, you will focus on building strong
customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering
technical and commercial guidance tailored to customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive B2B sales of HVAC equipment in Luxembourg through a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
* Develop the business by building long-term customer relationships and identifying new commercial opportunities.
* Prepare and present tailored commercial proposals and lead negotiations with customers.
* Recommend comprehensive HVAC solutions aligned with customer needs and project requirements.
* Provide customers with technical and commercial guidance in cooperation with installers, designers, investors, and other project stakeholders.
* Monitor sales performance, report on results regularly, and track market trends and business opportunities.
* Deliver the sales plan and further develop relationships with industrial and commercial customers.
* Prepare contract proposals in line with company terms and conditions, in cooperation with the legal team.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data in internal systems.
* Uphold high standards of ethical business conduct in all customer and business interactions. Requirements
* Technical education in Mechanics and machine construction, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Ventilation, Heating, or a related field.
* Experience in technical sales and in building long-term relationships with industrial and commercial customers.
* Experience in the HVAC sector or in machinery sales will be considered an advantage.
* Proactive attitude, independence, and commitment.
* Good command of English, at least at B2 level.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, a high level of professional ethics, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
* Good work organization and willingness to travel frequently within the region (approximately 70%).
* Valid Category B driving licence
