Key Responsibilities
Provide world-class support to Zalando customers regarding their online shopping experience. Manage order inquiries, returns, and exchanges with a high level of efficiency and empathy. Represent the retail brand by ensuring that every customer interaction reflects Zalando's professional standards. Assist clients with navigating the online retail platform, including account management and payment queries. Identify customer trends and communicate feedback to help optimize the online retail user experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our digital CRM systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex retail logistics and delivery issues. Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role. Professional proficiency in German to interact effectively with the Zalando ecosystem. Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece. Strong background or interest in the modern retail (online & offline) landscape. Exceptional communication skills and a passion for customer success. A proactive mindset suitable for thriving in one of the most exciting Dutch-speaking jobs currently available.
