responsibilities:
• Gain insights through participating in the risk governance, measurement, controlling and reporting process
• Support the identification of operational risks and business risks together with the business units and participate in the yearly review of operational and business risk scenarios
• Generate analyses and documents to support analytics for risk management
• Support the improvement of current processes
• Investigate new developments on the market for risk management related topics
• Participate in the maintenance of risk management tools and databases
Your profile
• You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree program with a recognized institution focusing on Business Administration or Risk Management, or a related field and can provide an internship agreement, OR have graduated with a Bachelor's degree or similar for no more than 6 months
• You have a strong interest in the financial sector
• You have the ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
• You are competent at handling MS-Office applications (in particular MS Access and MS Excel), VBA knowledge for process automation in Microsoft office is considered a plus
• You are familiar with Power BI for data visualization and Power Automate for workflow automation.
• You are proficient in written and spoken English, German is considered a plus
