Role Summary
The Vice President, Transfer Agency Client Service Management is responsible for overseeing strategic client relationships, service delivery, governance, and risk management across a portfolio of key fund clients. The role acts as a senior point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement while supporting business growth and transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Stakeholder Leadership
• Serve as the senior relationship manager for strategic clients.
• Build and maintain strong executive-level client relationships.
• Lead governance meetings, due diligence reviews, and service discussions.
• Manage senior client escalations and drive effective resolutions. Service & Operational Oversight
• Oversee service delivery against contractual commitments, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Challenge performance and drive accountability across operational teams.
• Identify opportunities to enhance service quality, efficiency, and client experience. Leadership & Strategic Initiatives
• Lead and develop Client Service Managers.
• Sponsor key client projects, fund launches, and change initiatives.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver strategic business objectives.
• Drive innovation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Risk & Governance
• Provide oversight of operational risks, incidents, and remediation plans.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and control frameworks.
• Support audits, client due diligence visits, and regulatory reviews. Core Competencies
