• Analyse client needs, processes and regulatory developments.
• Contribute to transformation projects across banking, wealth and asset management, asset servicing, payments, finance, risk and technology.
• Help improve operating models, processes and controls.
• Support business analysis, project management and change activities.
• Contribute to data, AI, automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Prepare workshops, business requirements, project reports, testing and training materials. Your Level of Responsibility Junior Consultant: You are at the beginning of your career. You own clearly defined tasks and progressively develop your consulting skills. Consultant: You already have some relevant professional experience. You take ownership of deliverables and contribute directly to client interactions and project coordination.
Your Profile
• You hold a master’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering or another relevant field.
• You have initial relevant professional experience.
• You are interested in financial services and transformation projects.
• You can analyse information, structure your work and communicate clearly.
• You are comfortable working across business and technology topics.
• You are confident using PowerPoint and Excel.
• You are fluent in French and English. German is an asset. Contribution to BearingPoint
• Contribute to proposals and client presentations.
• Contribute to the development of our expertise and market insights.
• Share knowledge and support colleagues.
