Senior Consultant

Help private banks, wealth and asset managers, asset servicers and financial institutions transform their client journeys, operating models, platforms and operations. We are looking for Senior Consultants and Managers with strong expertise in at least one of three areas: Your Role Wealth Management
• Improve and digitalise front-office processes, client journeys and wealth management operating models.
• Support the design and implementation of target operating models, including Private Banking and Family Office models.
• Contribute to investment-related transformations, core platform migrations and data initiatives, including Avaloq where relevant. Asset Management & Asset Servicing
• Transform fund distribution and servicing processes, including Private Assets, fund data and market reporting.
• Improve operational processes, controls and operating models across Asset Management and Asset Servicing.
• Support fund platform, custody and post-trade transformation initiatives, including securities servicing where relevant. Payments
• Support payment transformation initiatives, including instant payments, clearing and settlement.
• Improve transaction filtering, liquidity management and account reconciliation processes.
• Support regulatory payment initiatives, including PSD3, SEPA and CESOP. You do not need to cover all three areas. You will bring strong expertise in one primary area while having opportunities to contribute to broader Wealth, Asset Management, Asset Servicing and Payments transformation programmes. Your Level of Responsibility Senior Consultant: You have solid consulting experience and lead workstreams, coordinate stakeholders, review deliverables and support junior colleagues. Manager: You have strong consulting experience and lead engagements and teams, advise senior stakeholders and contribute to client development.

Your Profile
• You have relevant experience in consulting, transformation or project delivery within at least one of the following areas: Wealth Management, Asset Management & Asset Servicing, or Payments.
• You bring strong knowledge of the business processes and operating models related to your area of expertise, such as client journeys and investment processes, fund distribution and servicing, custody and post-trade activities, or payment operations.
• Depending on your background, experience with Private Assets, Avaloq, fund platforms, custody, clearing and settlement, payment transformation or related regulatory topics is an asset.
• You can structure complex topics, coordinate stakeholders and translate business needs into practical recommendations and transformation plans.
• You are fluent in French and English. German is an asset. Contribution to BearingPoint
