When you travel with the family, all local arrangements (visa, licensing and coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers. Requirements Candidates need a full medical licence as a family medicine physician (GP) issued in the UK or Europe and verified by us. A minimum of 5 years of independent clinical practice. Our shortlists include only clinicians whose training and licensing sit in UK or European systems, and we check this before any introduction. Strong English and discretion backed by an NDA are required throughout the appointment. Quiet professionalism, a steady manner and respect for family confidentiality are expected. You need to be comfortable with frequent travel and a flexible routine with documents always in order.
