• Deliver AML/KYC, Compliance and Financial Crime transformation projects.
• Improve client onboarding, CDD/EDD, periodic reviews and remediation processes.
• Support eKYC and client lifecycle management initiatives.
• Perform gap analyses and document processes and controls.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical operational solutions.
• Design governance frameworks, controls and target operating models.
• Coordinate compliance, operations, business, data and technology stakeholders. Your Level of Responsibility Consultant: You have gained consulting experience and take ownership of deliverables, client interactions and project coordination. Senior Consultant: You have solid consulting experience and lead workstreams, coordinate stakeholders, review deliverables and support junior colleagues.
Your Profile
• You hold a master’s degree in finance, law, economics, business or a related field.
• You have relevant experience in AML/KYC, financial crime, compliance or client lifecycle management.
• You understand customer due diligence, onboarding and periodic review processes.
• Experience in consulting, business analysis or transformation is an asset.
• You are structured, pragmatic and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
• You are fluent in French and English. German is an asset. Contribution to BearingPoint
