(Associate) Client Accountant

Permanent, Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office Hours: Full-time, 40h/week The salary range for this specific role will be € 50.000 – € 60.000 gross per year. The final salary will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, and role scope, in line with our objective and gender-neutral compensation framework. Some of the things you’ll be doing Support the day-to-day administration and governance of a portfolio of international corporate client entities throughout their lifecycle. Assist with the preparation and maintenance of corporate records, statutory registers, board and shareholder documentation, and regulatory filings. Coordinate corporate transactions, including incorporations, restructurings, liquidations, capital changes, and ongoing governance matters. Liaise closely with clients, legal counsel, notaries, tax advisors, banks, auditors, and other third-party service providers to ensure the smooth management of client structures. Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and internal corporate governance requirements. Support senior team members in delivering high-quality corporate administration services in a dynamic international environment. What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, Corporate Governance, Economics, or a related field. First professional experience within corporate services, legal administration, fiduciary services, financial services, or a similar environment. Knowledge of corporate governance principles and corporate entity management would be considered an advantage. Interest in working with international client structures and corporate legal matters in a multicultural environment. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Proactive, client-focused, and eager to learn in a fast-paced professional services environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships internally and externally. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional European languages, particularly French or German, are considered an asset. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity, flexibility, and commitment to delivering quality service.
