Finance & SPV Oversight Manager

In line with our growth, we are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Finance & SPV Oversight Manager (f/m/d) to join our Luxembourg operations team. You will serve as the central coordination point between accounting providers, legal advisors, and the internal investment team – supporting the structuring, monitoring and administration of our investment vehicles. You will work alongside a talented, international Finance team with real scope to build out local operational capabilities and shape how we run our Luxembourg platform as we continue to grow. You will take ownership of SPV accounting, liquidity management and contractual compliance across BU’s Luxembourg platform – while supporting deal execution processes and helping build local operational capabilities over time:
* Financial Oversight: Review quarterly financial statements of SPVs; monitor transfer pricing documentation; act as sparring partner for external accounting providers
* Payment & Liquidity Management: Oversee payment processes across Luxembourg SPVs; monitor liquidity positions and prepare funding recommendations; coordinate share subscriptions, capital contributions and shareholder loans
* Structural & Legal Oversight: Monitor contractual obligations under financing and legal documentation; track obligations such as interest capitalisation and required notices; ensure alignment of accounting, legal and tax documentation within SPV structures
* Tax & Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate Luxembourg SPV tax compliance; manage check-the-box elections, ATAD II, FATCA/CRS, PFIC and Pillar II; support German tax return processes relevant to Luxembourg SPVs
* Deal Execution & Governance: Support transaction processes across legal, finance and investment teams; review board materials and legal documentation; act as quality gatekeeper for internal documentation standards
* Process & Innovation: Support implementation of automated and AI-supported workflows; identify opportunities to improve operational processes across the Luxembourg platform We are looking for a highly diligent and detail-oriented individual with strong accounting and financial structuring knowledge, a strong sense of ownership and a genuine motivation to build and develop a Luxembourg platform:

Experience:
Background in SPV or fund structures with strong accounting and financial structuring knowledge; ability to read and work with legal and financing documentation

Qualifications:
Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) or equivalent professional background
* Technical

Skills:
Solid knowledge of Luxembourg SPV tax compliance; familiarity with FATCA/CRS, ATAD II, check-the-box elections, PFIC and Pillar II highly desirable
* Languages: Fluent in English; knowledge of German is welcomed
* Mindset: Highly diligent and detail-oriented; strong sense of ownership; motivated to build and develop a Luxembourg platform; ability to work across legal, finance and investment functions
