Position Overview We are seeking for a motivated professional to join our Digital Channels Administration team as Digital Channels Junior Officer By joining this role, you will be part of the unit that specialises in supporting the interaction of internal and external clients of the bank. Your

key responsibilities
will be:
• Execute daily management and operational maintenance tasks for mobile and online banking platforms.
• Coordinate with business units, IT, and digital delivery teams to troubleshoot operational issues and facilitate smooth, continuous channel optimization.
• Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles by executing test cases and tracking defects for upgrades.
• Assist with data governance initiatives and leverage operational insights to support the continuous improvement of customer-facing digital products.
• Adhere strictly to Bank's policies and procedures, including banking regulations, security protocols, and data protection requirements to safeguard user data and maintain operational compliance. You will be a great candidate if you:
• Have 1-2 years of experience in retail banking, customer support, or operational tech roles
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Have basic understanding of software testing processes (SIT/UAT) or Agile methodology.
• Are experienced user of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Have excellent command of English language.
• Have familiarity with online/mobile banking platforms and electronic payment flows.
• Have strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively and deliver information in a clear, concise and comprehensive manner, collaborative spirit, agility, and can-do attitude. What’s in it for you:
