About the Role
We are looking for a structured, creative and business-oriented learning professional to join our Global Learning team and contribute to the design of impactful learning experiences across the organization. In this role, you will partner closely with Subject Matter Experts, internal stakeholders and external providers to translate business needs into high-quality learning solutions that are engaging, practical and aligned with our learning standards. You will play a key role in shaping blended learning journeys that combine instructor-led, digital, self-directed, social and experiential learning formats. You will help ensure that learning initiatives are not only well designed, relevant to business priorities, learner needs and measurable performance outcomes, but also scalable and global. Taking care of the delivery of the same solutions can also potentially be required, especially in the pilot phase to ensure quality and impact. Main
Responsibilities:
You will design learner-centered solutions by participating to select the most appropriate approach across buy, build and borrow options, taking into account business needs, audience profile, timeline and budget. You will work closely with Subject Matter Experts to clarify objectives, organize content into learning sequences and translate technical knowledge into practical and engaging learning experiences. You will create and adapt learning assets such as storyboards, facilitator guides, participant materials, assessments and digital content using a selection of internal digital design tools. You will manage learning projects from design to launch, coordinating stakeholders, review cycles, external providers and delivery requirements. You will define success measures, collect feedback and identify improvement opportunities, while keeping solutions aligned with adult learning principles, organizational priorities and emerging learning trends. About You: You have at least 4 to 6 years of experience as an instructional designer who combines curiosity with business understanding and a strong service mindset. You have experience in a Corporate University, Learning Academy, global L&D function, FMCG, retail, manufacturing or multinational environment, or have developed equivalent expertise through learning consulting, training delivery or freelance learning projects. You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, while knowledge of additional languages such as Italian is a plus. You are comfortable engaging with different stakeholders, asking thoughtful questions and shaping learning solutions that respond to real performance needs. You are able to make complex topics accessible, structure information effectively and apply storytelling techniques to create engaging learning content. A good understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies and learning evaluation approaches will help you ensure quality, relevance and measurable impact. You are tech savvy and are curious to explore digital tools, emerging learning technologies and creative approaches to continuously enhance the learner experience. You bring strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities, timelines and stakeholders in parallel. You are collaborative, pragmatic and adaptable, with the cultural sensitivity needed to work with global audiences and diverse teams.
