Adservio Luxembourg Adservio Luxembourg is the Luxembourg arm of Adservio Group, 300+ consultants across Paris, Brussels and Luxembourg, 15 years serving regulated industries. We opened in Luxembourg in 2022 and work across financial services, energy and utilities, transport and mobility, insurance and the public sector: wherever compliance is not optional and failure is not acceptable. You join our Technologies & Engineering team. The context With our team, you work for a Luxembourg bank on the documents its clients receive from the core banking system: payment advices, position statements and periodic reports. Under MiFID II client reporting rules, every figure on these documents must be complete, accurate and traceable to its source. The engagement runs for twelve months or more. Your mission You make sure the right client data reaches the right document, every time. Client data extraction
• Identify and extract the client, account and position data each document requires
• Build and maintain the extraction logic and data mappings behind each document type Document structuring
• Structure the data feeds that drive payment advices, position statements and other client documents
• Work with the document composition team on templates and data contracts Quality and change
• Test new and changed documents end to end, from source data to final output
• Analyse and fix incidents on client documents, and document the rules you put in place

Your profile
You combine core banking depth with a real interest in how data becomes a document clients trust. What is essential
• At least three years of hands-on experience on Avaloq core banking
• Proven work on client reporting: payment advices, position or portfolio statements
• Working knowledge of the Avaloq client data model: business partners, containers, positions
• The rigour to trace any figure on a document back to its source data
• Master's degree in computer science, information systems or a related field What makes the difference
• Avaloq Script or PL/SQL for data extraction
• Exposure to a document composition or output management platform
• Experience in a Luxembourg banking environment Languages Required: English and French, professional working level
