Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain Elastic Stack solutions (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana). Integrate and manage logs, metrics, and other data sources within Elasticsearch platforms. Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot Elastic environments to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability. Create and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reporting solutions using Kibana. Support incident resolution, root cause analysis, and performance improvement initiatives. Automate operational and deployment processes where applicable. Collaborate with infrastructure, DevOps, and application teams to deliver monitoring and search solutions. Contribute to technical documentation, best practices, and continuous improvement activities. Technical
skills:
Strong experience with Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana (ELK Stack). Experience in managing and optimizing Elasticsearch clusters. Knowledge of Linux administration and troubleshooting. Experience with scripting and automation tools (Bash, Python, Ansible, or similar). Understanding of monitoring, logging, and observability concepts. Knowledge of containerized environments such as Docker and Kubernetes is an asset. Familiarity with CI/CD practices and DevOps methodologies is considered a plus. Profile: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. Experience working with Elastic Search and related technologies. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Good communication and documentation skills. Proactive mindset with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement. Professional proficiency in English. Why Cronos Group?
