Sr. Technical Program Manager, AFT External Fulfillment

A Technical Program Manager (TPM) will partner with engineers, other TPMs, Product Managers and senior management to help create world-class solutions. The ideal TPM is a creative, demonstrated leader with superior analytical abilities and an expeditious drive to deliver results. We are standing up fulfillment stack that will scale beyond Amazon sites globally. Our team is part of AFT, and works closely with Amazon Operations, 3rd Party Technical teams following a collaborative engagement model with joint workshops, and dedicated SME support. The team values high ownership, bias for action, and insists on the highest standards while following a build-fast-and-iterate-fast methodology. We believe in speed through autonomy and safety through guardrails. This team is suitable for passionate engineers who are equally interested in contributing to architecture and product strategy while building high-performing, scalable systems that directly impact Amazon internal and external operations and Amazon's growth. Qualifications:
- Experience in technical product or program management
- Experience working directly with engineering teams
- Experience in software development
- Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules Preferred

Qualifications:
- Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management
