• Support the administration of private funds and related entities across multiple jurisdictions.
• Assist with investor onboarding, requests, due diligence, screenings, and ongoing record maintenance.
• Support capital calls, distributions, treasury activities, and investor portal administration.
• Assist with client and investor communications, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Support the onboarding of new funds, entities, and investors, including required documentation, approvals, and risk assessments.
• Assist with company secretarial and governance activities, including board materials, meetings, filings, and corporate calendars.
• Maintain accurate fund, client, and investor records in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements.
• Collaborate with Fund Accounting, Company Secretarial, and Operations teams to meet client deadlines and service expectations.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and consistency. What We’re Looking For:
• Degree-level education or equivalent relevant experience in Accounting, Finance, Law, Governance, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 1+ years of fund administration, financial services, company secretarial, governance, or related experience preferred; internship or placement experience may be considered.
• Basic understanding of fund administration with a strong willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge.
• Interest in pursuing CGI (Chartered Governance Institute) studies or another relevant professional qualification is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). Why GPFS?
