, covering all legal, regulatory, taxation, and advisory aspects of doing business in Luxembourg. Our firm advises international and domestic clients in all areas of business law relevant to their business activities, ranging from fund formation, banking, insurance, private equity, and real estate to corporate and tax matters. Given the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting: (Senior) Learning Officer
- Arendt University (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract) Your role As a (Senior) Learning Officer, you will coordinate and deliver training activities across all Business Units and Business Services. You will ensure the smooth execution of learning programmes, act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Arendt University’s learning operations. Your responsibilities
• Plan and coordinate training offerings throughout the year in line with predefined learning plans
• Schedule sessions with internal and external trainers and organise all logistics (rooms, materials, attendance, etc.)
• Manage participant enrolment in Workday, including waiting lists, reminders, and attendance tracking
• Ensure high-quality session delivery by supporting trainers and participants before and during training sessions
• Monitor training activities and maintain accurate tracking of sessions, participation, and registrations
• Act as a first point of contact for internal and external queries, ensuring professional and timely communication
• Promote learning opportunities and ensure consistent communication using standard templates and branding
• Coordinate external training registrations and liaise with providers
• Manage administrative tasks such as invoices and purchase order reconciliation
• Maintain and update training data in Workday Learning and contribute to process improvements and automation
• Support the organisation of annual learning programmes or events
• Provide user support for learning systems and ensure a strong client-focused service mindset
Your profile
• Degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
• First experience in a learning, HR, or coordination role
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable with digital tools (Workday is a plus)
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and team-focused
• Fluent in English; French is a strong asset
