The experts at AIS and AManco provide clients with: Corporate Services, Fund Administration Services, Governance Services, Operational AML & Compliance Services, Tax Compliance Services, Depositary Services, as well as Third Party AIFM Services (provided by AManco S.
A.). Given the ongoing development of AIS, we are currently recruiting: Intern
- Legal and Governance Your role:
• Support the review of client and supplier contracts, contractual templates and related documentation.
• Assist with legal research on corporate, contractual and regulatory matters.
• Provide support on corporate matters relating to AIS and ancillary entities, including changes to corporate documentation, board or shareholder resolutions, and annual filings.
• Contribute to the maintenance and update of legal databases, corporate files, registers and internal documentation.
• Assist with entity management tasks, including the follow-up of corporate documentation, governance records, mandates, signatory information and filing requirements.
• Support the preparation, collection and follow-up of documents required from internal stakeholders, external advisors, notaries, banks or public authorities.
• Contribute to the improvement of internal templates, checklists and processes used by the General Secretariat and Corporate Affairs team.
• Assist the team with selected governance tasks, including document coordination, action point follow-up and other administrative support where required.
• Ensure high levels of accuracy, confidentiality and professionalism in all legal and governance support activities.
Your profile
• A first internship or prior exposure to a legal, corporate, governance or financial sector environment would be considered as an asset.
• You are currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law, business law, corporate law or another relevant field.
• You have an interest in Luxembourg corporate law, contractual matters and the financial sector.
• You are fluent in English. Any other language would be considered as an asset.
• You are diligent, rigorous and well organised.
• You have strong attention to detail and are comfortable working with legal and corporate documentation.
• You have good drafting and communication skills.
• You are curious, proactive and willing to learn in a regulated environment.
• You can manage priorities and follow instructions with appropriate supervision.
• You are discreet and able to handle confidential information professionally.
