Manager Accounting

Your mission Overseeing the day-to-day activities of accounting team(s) and managing a team of accounting professionals for securitization/private equity/credit vehicles Ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and consolidations for SPVs in accordance with LuxGAAP and IFRS Implementing and maintaining internal controls and accounting policies to ensure the completeness and accuracy of financial information for our clients Leading communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, to ensure timely and accurate reporting for our clients Managing the budgeting and forecasting processes for SPVs, ensuring they are completed in a timely and accurate manner Continuously evaluating and improving processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy in our services Providing guidance and mentorship to the team lead(s) and other team members

Your profile
You have 8+ years of experience in accounting or audit in Luxembourg, preferably with securitization/private equity SPV structures You have very strong knowledge of LuxGAAP, IFRS and financial reporting practices You are an expert in preparing consolidated accounts in Excel Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team You have excellent skills in Excel You are fluent in English, any other European language will be considered an asset What you can expect Modern office in the financial district Kirchberg in Luxembourg Harmonious and stable working environment Good work-life-balance and flexible
