* Manage and maintain NetApp storage environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
* Administer SAN and NAS infrastructures (iSCSI, NFS, SMB), optimizing capacity and system efficiency.
* Configure, operate, and optimize Commvault backup and recovery solutions.
* Monitor storage and backup infrastructure to ensure stability, reliability, and proactive issue detection.
* Provide Level 3 support, resolving complex incidents and maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date technical documentation.
YOUR PROFILE
* Master’s degree in Information Technology or related field, with 5 and 10 years in a similar role.
* Strong experience in storage administration, ideally with NetApp technologies.
* Solid knowledge of backup environments, especially Commvault.
* Good understanding of Windows Server and Linux environments.
* Autonomous, rigorous, and customer‑oriented.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and document effectively.
* High level of autonomy, rigor, and ability to effectively manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
