Key Responsibilities
Deliver premium customer support to users within the high-stakes FinTech industry. Resolve complex payment-related inquiries and account security issues with professional precision. Maintain a deep understanding of PayPal’s digital payment solutions and compliance protocols. Provide technical troubleshooting assistance to ensure seamless financial transaction experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate high-priority customer cases effectively. Contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery standards in the FinTech space. Ensure compliance with international financial regulations and internal quality benchmarks. Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written). Professional working proficiency in German. Valid EU passport (mandatory). Previous experience in FinTech, banking, or customer support is highly advantageous. A commitment to relocating to Athens, Greece for this long-term opportunity. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a focus on customer-centric service.
