🚀 The Opportunity
To strengthen our Advisory Business Unit, we are looking for a IAM/IGA Specialist.
You will join a team working on definition and development of the IAM roadmap and governance model for a banking client, contributing to the development of innovative solutions while collaborating with professionals from diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise.
🧠 What You'll Do
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

- Contribute to the definition and development of the IAM roadmap and governance model
- Provide technical guidance across IAM architecture and implementation topics
- Help improve the scalability, automation, and maturity of IAM processes
- Support initiatives around access governance, application onboarding, and privileged access
- Work closely with technical teams to align priorities and delivery
- Act as a key contact for IAM topics across technical and business stakeholders
- Support the ongoing structuring and industrialisation of the IAM operating model
👤 Who We're Looking For
Skills & Qualifications
·
- Strong experience in Identity & Access Management
- Solid hands-on knowledge of SailPoint and enterprise IAM environments
- Good understanding of Active Directory, Entra ID, and Identity Governance
- Experience contributing to IAM implementations, improvement initiatives, or transformation programmes
- Ability to understand and challenge technical architecture and design decisions
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Comfortable communicating with both technical teams and senior stakeholders
- Structured, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of key IAM topics
Experience:
- Strong experience in Identity & Access Management
Nice to Have

- Experience with privileged access management solutions
- Exposure to IAM automation or AI-enabled Identity Governance
- Experience working across multiple entities or complex organisational structures
- Relevant IAM or Cybersecurity certifications
