As an HR Business Partner, you will help shape the company’s HR practices, support managers in their day-to-day challenges, and foster a high-performing work environment that promotes employee development.

Your primary mission will be to support the company’s growth by implementing and continuously improving the HR processes that underpin its development.

As a true partner to senior management and teams, you will work across a broad range of responsibilities, including recruitment, HR development, HR administration, project management, and employee relations.


Your Role and Responsibilities


Recruitment and Onboarding

You will be responsible for the full recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new employees.

In this role, you will:

  • Analyze hiring needs with facility directors and managers, taking into account staffing levels, operational requirements, and regulatory staff-to-resident ratios.

  • Define candidate profiles and draft job descriptions and job postings.

  • Post job openings and develop new recruitment channels.

  • Proactively propose initiatives to strengthen the Group’s attractiveness and employer brand.

  • Conduct telephone pre-screenings for key roles across our facilities, including educational assistants, care assistants, educators, and facility managers.

  • Conduct interviews and support managers throughout the recruitment process.

  • Take a direct role in critical or sensitive hires and support less experienced managers in conducting interviews.

  • Support newly appointed department heads as they develop their recruitment skills.

  • Manage the administrative follow-up of applications.

  • Coordinate the onboarding of new employees and monitor their probationary periods.


Supporting Managers and Teams

As a partner to managers and teams, you will support them in addressing their day-to-day HR challenges.

In particular, you will:

  • Provide HR oversight and support to teams.

  • Monitor and address absenteeism and turnover.

  • Advise managers on disciplinary matters.

  • Support skills development and employee development initiatives.

  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

  • Provide managers with practical HR advice tailored to operational realities and the specific needs of each location.


HR Administration

Working closely with our third-party service providers and internal teams, you will ensure the reliability and smooth execution of HR administrative processes.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing payroll processes, including preparing and submitting payroll data and generating monthly reports.

  • Preparing employment contracts and contract amendments.

  • Managing and maintaining the HRIS.

  • Monitoring administrative procedures related to medical examinations and other regulatory requirements.

  • Coordinating end-of-contract procedures.

  • Maintaining relationships with our payroll service provider, government authorities, and other HR service providers.


HR Management and Reporting

You will contribute to the effective management of the HR function by producing and analyzing HR data.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining HR dashboards and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of HR data, including turnover and absenteeism figures.

  • Analyzing key HR metrics related to absenteeism, turnover, recruitment, and payroll costs.

  • Identifying trends and areas of concern and proposing appropriate corrective actions.

  • Preparing HR reports and presentations for senior management.

  • Developing new HR metrics and reporting tools based on the Group’s needs.


HR Projects

You will play an active role in shaping and developing the Group’s HR strategy and policies.

In particular, you will:

  • Contribute to defining and implementing the HR strategy.

  • Structure and continuously improve HR processes, particularly in the areas of recruitment and onboarding.

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new employees.

  • Implement and monitor training and skills development programs.

  • Participate in interview campaigns and performance review processes.

  • Contribute to the development of the employer brand and internal communications.

  • Conduct employee engagement and satisfaction surveys, analyze the results, and propose action plans.

  • Participate in discussions regarding salary structures and compensation, in collaboration with senior management.

  • Support the implementation of new HR tools and processes.

  • Proactively suggest initiatives to improve the employee experience.


Compliance and HR Monitoring

You will ensure compliance with the legal and regulatory framework applicable to the company and will:

  • Monitor developments in employment law and HR regulations.

  • Collaborate with our law firm and external partners on matters requiring specific expertise.

  • Support management in handling sensitive individual employee situations.


Your Profile

We are looking for an HR professional with at least 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role or as an HR Business Partner, ideally in a multi-site environment.

You have a solid understanding of HR practices and are comfortable working across the key areas of the HR function.

Technical Skills

  • A higher education degree in Human Resources, Management, Employment Law, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of experience in a generalist HR or HR Business Partner role.

  • A strong understanding of employment law and operational HR practices.

  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including dashboards, KPI tracking, and reporting.

  • Proficiency in digital tools and HR information systems (GesperPersonnel).

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

  • Experience working in a multi-site environment is highly desirable.
